Why Media and Journalism?
Everyone has a story, and I believe everyone’s should be told. Such small things ultimately define our character, and it’s beyond fascinating to explore and discover what makes us who we are. It could be the history major in me, but storytelling is how we connect with the people and world around us. Storytelling is a fundamental element of human history, and I cannot wait to be a part of it.

What I’m Interested in….
With an Advertising and Public Relations concentration, I plan to pursue a career within the public relations field with a goal of one day being a public figure’s publicist. I have been surprised by how much I enjoy the creative editing and advertising side of the media world, and I hope to strengthen such skills. One can not gossip for a living without hard skills.
